These terms apply to your use of the Furniture Lease Home website. They do not replace the separate written agreement that may apply to an accommodation booking, lease, furniture package or other service.
Website enquiries are not bookings
Submitting a form asks our team to review your requirements. It does not reserve a property, create a tenancy, approve an insurance benefit or bind any party. A booking or service begins only after availability, identity of the contracting parties, commercial terms, required checks and any relevant client or insurer approval are confirmed in writing.
Property owner enquiries
Submitting property details does not automatically list a property and does not create a tenancy, agency appointment, property management agreement or guarantee of rent, occupancy or a professional tenant. Property suitability, any proposed occupant, screening, service scope, fees, responsibilities and commercial terms must be reviewed and agreed separately in writing before anything proceeds.
Property information and quotations
Property descriptions, images, maps, dates, inclusions and prices are general or indicative until confirmed. Availability and third-party property information can change. A final quotation or agreement will state the applicable rent, term, bond or deposit, utilities, cleaning, furniture, cancellation and other charges.
Insurance accommodation
We provide accommodation information and coordination only. We do not act as an insurer or loss adjuster, provide insurance advice, decide whether a claim is accepted, or guarantee that any cost will be reimbursed. The customer remains responsible for obtaining required approvals before committing to an accommodation arrangement.
Your responsibilities
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, use the website lawfully, and avoid submitting malicious code, unlawful material or highly sensitive records through public forms. Occupants must comply with the final property and accommodation agreement.
Third-party services
Properties and related services may be supplied by third parties. Their separate terms may apply and will be identified where relevant. Links or map services operated by third parties are provided for convenience.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding, layout and original media are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and share links to the website for legitimate business or personal purposes, but may not copy or commercially reuse its content without permission.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or the completeness of general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
